This was the third location I had to go to. The first location had no staff and no key. I called U-Haul and Natalie directed me to a second location. Sadly, the second location did NOT have a one-way truck. We again called U-Haul who found this location THE NEXT DAY! I was told I would receive an extra day and 100 miles, but this did NOT occur.
