Your receptionist or whatever she is referred to she’s extremely rude always has an attitude she does not know how to deal with the public and should not be in the position where she has to interact with people directly. She did not reassure my concerns about why I was charged extra. This is not my first rude interaction with her.

Costumer services very poor.
Wilnilda CI love the truck plenty of space it had on dashboard tow /hauling it would not drive regular . But it got me n my furniture where I had to b praise God I would recommend u haul my next moved is back home l thank you for your service the young lady was very very helpful n nice to me she made my day as well . I was under some stress but it work out yes
