This area has little to no connectivity, I stayed there trying to upload pictures for an hour before I had to depart. Very frustrating, the vehicle had lots of debris in the storage portion of the truck. I had to blow it out with my blower.

Everything dealing with U-Haul and customer service was excellent. The guy working there was attentive and easy to talk to and when I mentioned there was only one and not two dollies like I had requested he was very helpful. It was the establishment’s upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness, it was really bad.

VICTOR MWas contacted by U-Haul one hour before pickup that I had to drive 45 mins to a different location to pickup my U-Haul from my original location. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that U-Haul has changed my pickup location extremely out of the way. When trying to speak to the U-Haul rep on the phone about allowing me to drop the trailer off the trailer closer to where I live since I had to drive 45 mins out of the way to pickup she stated it would cost extra and she cannot and will not waive that. Even though U-Haul changed on me with hardly no notice. Extremely disappointed and will not use U-Haul again in the future. I am canceling my 26’ truck I have reserved for this month also.
