After my previous reservation was cancelled, I got sent to this WATER STORE and my reservation never even transferred through so I had do DO EVERYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN. Additionally, the poorly trained and inefficient worker at the water store refused to pay attention to me and helped LITERALLY everyone else in the store. I waited my turn in line and this rude woman just started helping other people BEHIND ME. I had to ask her to give me service, even though she knew I was next. Seriously, FUCK THAT PLACE and FUCK UHAUL for making my moving day WAY more stressful than it ever should have been, You are a GARBAGE COMPANY that will make any moron and their business a distributor. You have zero professional standards and the idiots who rent your vehicles have no reason to care. Big brands screw their customers like this on a daily basis and you have no reason to bother to make it right. You all SUCK.

Clean the trucks, especially the blood smears that were on it, when someone pays for both the utility dolly and the appliance dolly make sure they are in the truck ( neither were there)
