There is no signal at the pick-up location, which leads to a very long process of picking up and changing cars, which is very difficult to find and the equipment is very smelly.

RISALA RThere was no lock box as instructed on the video where to get the keys and put it back. You have to figure out it's in the back of the truck. If there were instructions saying if no lockbox is present keys will be in the back of the truck and return them in the same way I think will help a lot of people avoid confusion.
