Issue: when I picked up the truck the appliance dolly wasn’t in it. The location did not have one and one could not be provided from a different location at that time. To improve, make sure ALL the equipment that is ordered is present at pick up time.
Mark OHaving human contact would have been my preference. Using the kiosk was a bit challenging.
