This was a Shell gas station. There was basically no customer service. The response was that everything was to be done by the customer themselves using their own phone and the Uhaul app. Taking photos of the gas gage and mileage and truck and then posting them to the app. At 70 years of age I prefer a much more user-friendly, customer service experience. They truck had two hand trucks that I didn't order and were a problem because they were in the way.

The Pick Up location was of no help what so ever. All U-Haul personal I dealt with over the phone were professional and did every thing possible to assit me in a checking out problem. I myself will use U-Haul again. I may need to use a different location. Don
Donald KI was over charged I never got a floor or pads . I never got my money back . You can’t talk to any one very weird set up.
Michele VIt was missing the furniture dolly and the phone app was really buggy.
Kyle ATruck was fine but the whole process of picking up and dropping off is just a pain. I suggest finding a U-Haul location that isn’t self serve only.
