The people at Freddy's we're excellent to deal with and very friendly. The problem with Freddy's is that it's not solely or even primarily a U-Haul dealer. They are apparently a big rig truck maintenance shop. There was a lot going on inside that office with at least 10 different people at different desks doing different things. It was a madhouse of confusion. And that's after I finally got someone on the premise to direct me to where to go to get to the office. Because the signs that you follow do not get you to the office.

Trailer was dropped off but no personnel was there since it was the weekend and they were closed. Not a negative for my experience and was required to choose before submitting this review.
