The trucks engine was making a loud noise. but still worked for me. the reps are always helpful and nice.

The representatives at the store need to be more clear about the drop off time I was told end of day for my 2-day rental. now I've been charged an extra $100 because the paper say 2:00 p.m. representative says don't worry about that. As long as it ends off day you'll be fine. and I returned it at 8:00 p.m.. so i was lied too an now or of $100 for 6hrs. Never again
Darell AThe truck is running a little rough. The cab had not been cleaned out from a previous renter. The cup holders and the floor were sticky from apparent drink spillage. The pad lock attached to the truck did not work. This truck was not as nice as the previous truck I rented from this facility.

CODY ZGave a one way rental with in town rates. Took over an hour at drop off point to get vehicle checked.Never admitted that the error was on their part... fortunately I didn't drive any further which would have caused additional mileage charge...
