David CPoor lighting , very little markings to signify it’s a U-Haul location, unkept area, and just generally and out of the way location that back away from the road, more seems like someone’s personal junk yard or garage

ralph nU haul changed the location of our pick up from Keyser to Rawlings the day before our move. However, the Rawlings location was closed when we went to pick up the equipment at our scheduled time. The owner just happened to be there but if he hadn’t, we would not have gotten our equipment. This rating is not for the location, but for the lack of diligence in u-haul scheduling a pick up location that was closed. Also, we were charged $75 more than the reservation.
