The reservation I did was $385 but when I got there he added a $57 charge that I didn't agree to for safe moving.

I think Rayville U-Haul would be better relocated away from the trucker pit stop and vehicle wash. Obviously, large numbers of livestock and chicken trucks are washed here. Also, I suggest that you choose a place where trucks returned after hours can park with the truck's storage area inaccessible.

Not have a big dog tethered to the front entrance. Acknowledge the customer when they arrive. I stood 5 minutes waiting while she was on the phone and the other person acted like I wasn't standing in front of her.

They added 2 extra miles , plus added extra fuel. We checked before dropping it off and no extra fuel was needed. Also charged 3 days when we had it 2 days. Not happy with service at all.
