Although I had made this reservation at another location, I was informed of the change of pick-up location a few days in advance. My paperwork was ready to go and the process to enter my driver's license through a text streamlined the process. The whole process was seamless and the return was equally simple. No improvements needed.

Edna GOnce I understood what was needed, everything went well with self-service. I'd make sure to alert new customers they'll need about 5-10 minutes to complete all the necessary information and photos when picking up. But I like the security with photos before and after use.
