There was no personnel at location and a sign on the door stating they would be late. I dropped keys and contract in dropbox. I called and left a message to ensure my contract be closed out, with no reply call. Two days later I received a text from uhaul stating my rental was late and would be charged accordingly. I called uhaul to explain truck was returned.
