That place tried to over charge and did not have Gas as well the tire was messed up.

RUBY DTbh i had a really bad experience. The guy was really nice and helpful but i was delivery back the truck after hours when his shop closed. Anyways i dont think this is the guys fault but i think its the app or website but i could not figure out the pickup by phone or drop off by phone so it delayed my time by alot. For pickup we tried scanning the license but it was not scanning anything and we tried to even call and that was a bust eventually we walked inside and got checked out. We picked up the uhal everything was fine. But the drop off was horrible the website was not working what so ever. Me and my boyfriend tried on both our phones it delayed our time by 2 hours and its not like i can ask the shop owner since he closed his shop. And boy did they charge me for that 2 hours i winded up paying $377 dollars when it should of been way less than that. My bofriend finally winded up getting somewhere on this app and we were finally able to return the truck. This place also doesnt have a drop box as he told me so he gave me a lock amd told me to lock the key inside the truck and apply the lock to the back. All in all this experience of using the website/app was a nightmare. In the end it just stressed us out and we were overcharged on this technical issue. Can you please find another way to make this an easier interface for users because i never wanna go through this again. And quite frankly im not sure if i wanna use uhaul services again because im scared of another mishap like this and for another very costly trip. The guy and the place were great, like i said just an issue with the interface.
