Scott OI wanted to rent an Auto Transport Trailer. The only one that was there was in very poor condition and the safety chains in the front and rear of the trailer were missing! The representative told me that is how they rent out the trailer. I have rented from U-Haul for over 20 years and this was the First Time I saw an Auto Transport Trailer missing the safety chains. There were other smaller factors on this trailer that clearly showed that it was a very neglected trailer and not maintained to U-Haul standards. I ended up having to rent a Toy-Hauler Trailer that the representative reluctantly let me have for the day.
