I did not receive this truck until 6 pm as it was stuck in the mud, out of gas and I just want to be sure you understand I had returned it way before 6 pm on the date of return. I paid the additional days to the mechanic on duty and brought it back up to gas more than was in it when I received it. Please acknowledge.

There was a problem with my uhaul.com account. Some kinda hold that wouldn't allow them to rent to me upon pickup. I was in dire need of my rental to go as planned.
