I cannot say enough wonderful words about Eugene…we rented a trailer to haul home items from my mom’s home in Green Lake and fate decided to move our pickup location to Eugene’s store. Our truck’s hook up was corroded and lights on trailer didn’t work because of it. Believe it or not Eugene not only took the time and effort to help us fix it but HE HAD THE REPLACEMENT PART IN HIS STORE! Couldn’t believe it! He made sure we were going to travel safely with all lights working. He made a difficult day so much better and less stressful. U Haul should be grateful to have a dealer who is so conscientious. Thank you Eugene!!

KAREN HEugene and Candy were very helpful and put me at ease. Their trucks have AC so I didn't over heat working. I ordered the big truck so I would have a ramp to load it. Turns out I filled it up twice!
