Did not receive furniture dolly, or regular dolly. They gave me an appliance dolly. Also, I did not receive moving blankets.
Dominic TI am being over charged because the mileage In there system was wrong. I was given the van with less than a quarter tank of gas brought it back with almost a half tank and I’m being charge for gas as well
Robert AVery easy to pick up and drop off , very convenient location and the cargo van I rented was relatively new … overall a very pleasant experience.
RAVINDRAN RI was set to pick up a cargo van at 9am. The manager seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. He had to call another manager over the phone to assist. I took over a half hour to drive off. When I returned the van, I was told to use the app for the return process. I told him I had never been asked to go through the app. It ended up taking so long that the app registered the van late and was charged an extra day. I will NEVER rent from this location in the future! 🤬
