Again Melissa am the team were great! Your process stunk and the place needs to ensure that those that make online appointments can 1) access the keys 2) be able to exit the parking lot without being blocked by other vehicles. I want to be clear when Melissa got there things got straightened out but I and my brother lost hours of productivity

Rollie LBetter selection and quality of moving supplies would be my only comment.
Adrian SGas tank was a 1/4 full maybe a little less when I picked up van. I was expecting a full tank for how much I paid for it. Van appeared to swerve a bit when making turns, possibly due to tires. Was hard to find UHAUL store. Store was located inside a liquor store/market. The store was located in a sketchy area of town. Not in the greatest of neighborhoods.
