Check in was fast but return took over one hour because clerk did not know how to do it or equipment malfunctioned. It was a long wait when we were tired. New truck 26' had econo-gas rating but got 60 mi./11 gal. gas = 5 mi./gal. basically empty weight. Excessive vibration on acceleration. Brand new truck. People were nice.
