We had a reservation for 1:00. We arrived at 12:30 and nobody was there. We tried calling and no answer. By 2.15 we were calling the main office explained our problem got a call back from a regional manager who got the person to finally show and by 2:44 we finally got hooked up. Secondly, when we were on the website the trailer said it was $69 and we paid $179. Finally, I noticed today thar if you reservation was not there they pay you $50...I think we should have reimbursed $50 since they didn't show up to our reservation until the regional manager called him. Poor service, and I will not ever use u-haul again.
