There wasn’t much space for parking
Natalie MThey were not open over an hour after their posted hours. Never returned my phone call. The property also looks like garbage, not maintained at all.
William BWe had a reservation for 1:00. We arrived at 12:30 and nobody was there. We tried calling and no answer. By 2.15 we were calling the main office explained our problem got a call back from a regional manager who got the person to finally show and by 2:44 we finally got hooked up. Secondly, when we were on the website the trailer said it was $69 and we paid $179. Finally, I noticed today thar if you reservation was not there they pay you $50...I think we should have reimbursed $50 since they didn't show up to our reservation until the regional manager called him. Poor service, and I will not ever use u-haul again.
