Very friendly and helpful people. The UHaul mobile app does not work very well. I had to insert information over and over to get it to create the reservation for off-hour pick up. Need to fix that.

I returned 100% of everything that I picked up including everything that was contained in a packet of moving blankets. Upon return, I was charged $7 for a missing blanket — when I pleaded with customer service that i did not take a blanket, she basically dismissed my concern and hung up the phone on me. First, I did not take that blanket; second, I was very nice on the phone and explained that I didn’t think it was fair to charge someone for something they didn’t take; third, after spending over $350 to drive a small truck 130 miles, one would imagine that U-Haul could find an ounce of “customer is always right”-ness to do the right thing and reimburse me the $7 and not tarnish what was otherwise a perfectly fine and easy experience.

It is getting impossible to line a rental up even if you do it days ahead. I use one every Thursday and have a rental place 4 miles from me but can't get one available there.

This location has minimal hours. Trucks are not available as owner is not reliable source. I don't want to use the word dishonest. I did get confirmations from Uhaul representatives that the owner Marty had provided information about a truck that was supposed to be my larger truck that was never on his lot. We ended up having to go to a location further away and extending time with the original rental and having two trucks additional mileage taxes time and wear and tear on us during a hardship move as it was. Cell service is poor or your web app is terrible as it took more than 30 minutes to run through the “pick up your van” process, and more than 30 minutes to “ return your van”. I will only go to centers where I can collect and return from a HUMAN

I called 15 Uhaul locations in 4 Counties before finding a van, which is not what I wanted but nothing els was available. Maybe add a few trucks to your fleet .

I have always found every U-HAUL employee courteous and helpful. After this rental, I am concerned about the maintenance of the equipment. In this case a 5x8 trailer. The right turn signal worked intermittently. When I arrived at my destination, I checked my vehicle hook up with a meter and all was fine. Tapping on the trailer light would get it to activate momentarily. We were cautious with our right turns and lane changes the rest of our move. (640 miles) Upon loading the trailer, we noticed the left tire was substantially under inflated. We took the trailer to your Cambridge, MA location to have it inflated. We were met by Wanda who immediately directed us to the air compressor where Ezequiel checked our tire pressure. ( 12PSI ) He commented that the trailer should not have been rented. Both employees were extremely helpful. This comment is to bring these issues to your attention and I look look forward to using U-HAUL services in the future. Regards. The truck was dirty. It had mud caked to the floor of the cab. There was garbage behind the seats and even old parking passes on the dash board. I returned the truck the night of my end date and got charged an extra day AND a cleaning fee!!! I CLEANED THE TRUCK OUT BETTER THAN I RECEIVED IT!!! I even over-filled the gas tank!!! This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with Uhaul. I feel like I want a full refund for the disaster this truck was in. At 65 mph it shook the cab, there was no cruise control. I've never rented a truck from Uhaul without getting a certain amount of mileage included. This was $0.79 per mile flat?! I usually rent from Uhaul multiple times a year, I have never before had a bad experience. When I did the math on what the ACTUAL cost should be, including 15% tax it came to $647.99. I got charged over $700!! This is NOT acceptable and I WILL NOT be returning to Uhaul again.

The self- rental/after hours mobile app was glitchy and took me about 30-40 minutes to complete
