CHRISTOPHER HThe guy at the counter first forced me to take insurance on the rental. He was late opening the store which had me waiting outside, and the truck he gave me was both filthy inside and out. Even the person before me had left some personal items in the truck so I know he didn’t clean it before he rented it to me. Worse U-Haul rental experience thus far.
