The people there were less than professional. We got there to pickup the truck and trailer and no one was around. After a wait finally they showed up. They were not organized at all. I was looking over the car trailer and the ratchet arms to hold down the front tires were frozen up and were rusted over. Asked them did anyone check these. In the mean time my wife was looking over the truck. She found a big slice on the passenger rear tire (outside dually). The bed of the truck had not been cleaned. The front windshield was so dirty you had trouble seeing. After a while told us to come back the next and would have it ready. We were running out of time for our move or I would have u-haul for another dealer.
