I dropped off the truck on Sunday. There is no key drop off box I can leave it. And I try to contact the representative of this location, but no reply. I have to stay one more night at Richmond and come back to return the key on Monday. I would not recommend this location!!!

I originally reserved a truck at a different location, but was asked by UHaul to pick up the truck here instead. Picking up at this location was a bit of a nightmare. We were delayed in our pick-up for other reasons, which meant we arrived after their 3 PM closing time. They have 24/7 pick-up, but no directions were given to us on how to access it, and there was no readable signage on the door. I had to call their number and speak to someone through a muffled phone I could barely hear. Eventually, we figured out that we had to walk all the way around the building to the back to a lock box, on which the lock was on backwards and it took us several tries to open it to get the truck key. Our truck itself was fine, but none of the other equipment I ordered (and paid for) was present (i.e. dolly, furniture pads, mattress cover, etc). We had to go back to the original location, where the lovely staff sorted it out for us. This location was unable to help, especially considering it was after hours. They offered no explanation except to "call UHaul", who offered no help except to refund me (when I still needed the equipment to move!).
ASHLEY TKey was in wrong lockbox. I needed to call them and luckily someone picked up outside of business hours to tell me the right password.
Troy CEnsure that the orders connected to one another. My initial order, which was not a U-Haul Truck Share 24/7® reservation, was never connected or changed correctly when it was changed to a U-Haul Truck Share 24/7® reservation. Therefore, when I logged in to pick up the truck, the system showed no order on file.
