It just seemed a little disorganized. Personnel eating as I checked in seemed a bit unprofessional and staff seemed to have some strife between each other.

Truck was completely empty of gasoline because of overnight theft and Uhaul employees would not fill the truck with gas at all. Truck also ran bad and service lights were on when I picked up the truck. Not very settling when you are moving your family and a house full of stuff.

With a long line of customers waiting and only 2 people behind the counter, the woman decides it's time for her break. I waited in line for more than 15 minutes to pick up my reservation. In the past, I've tried using the mobile app pickup and had horrible results. The mobile app asks for more ID documentation than at the counter. If you weren't the cheapest, I'd take my business elsewhere.

We rented a 10' truck and a dolly. When my daughter arrived at her storage unit, she discovered there was no ramp. This made loading twice as difficult. Fortunately, I have a portable disabled ramp at home she could use. Please pay attention to the equipment ordered or ask if a ramp is required, in cases where customers may have their own dolly.

There was a confusion as e-mail was sent out that pick up is at 8 am. We did not see the text snd my husband was waiting at location at 8am even thought it opened at 9. Best would be to check times immediately after location changes. We specifically scheduled starting 8 close to our house to stay on schedule.

I was over charged for your service. I should have confirmed the mileage before i left your facility but I didn't. I was charged for traveling 17 miles. My old address is only 1 or 1.5 miles from my new address. Plus I picked up day workers at Home Depot. I didn't drive more than 3 miles total...very disappointing to be charged for 17 miles total.

This move has been a nightmare. It's been a week and I have no idea where my things are. I received calls asking if I wanted to cancel my reservation days after my U- boxes were already loaded.

The people at this location are so great. I was upset though that I put 10am in the website and the website said confirmed, then I got a text that started by saying confirmed. I didn’t open the text cause I thought it was info I already knew. So I didn’t see that the reservation was actually for 3:30pm. The web page should have told me that on the confirmation page.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with how I have been treated as a customer. I received my 26' truck with less than a 1/4 tank and returned truck at more than a 1/4 fuel. I was advised that I would receive $9.00 credit. They did not apply it to my final invoice. I took pics of the fuel and meager before and after. Left a message at the call center. However, did not get a call back.
