I had to call customer service to have them transfer me to this location. The actual location they initially gave me was at NICARS LLC, no one ever showed up that morning and I waited for an hour and a half. I scheduled my pick up to be at 9am and even called the place beforehand to triple check the pick up time; YET no one was there at 9am and I ended up wasting my time. I am very disappointed in the service that I received.

The truck's exterior was dirty, the interior was ok but overall could have been cleaner. Also the truck was checked out to me with paperwork stating there was a 1/4 tank of gas (I was not given an opportunity to view the gas gauge and confirm before I drove off) but there was only an 1/8 of a tank of gas. I think your customers should be able to verify the tank fullness before signing the contract to confirm the validity of what is stated.

Accurate documentation with ACTUAL PHOTO of the gas gauge in the particular vehicle rented; to Avoid Fraudulent verbally stated differences which do not coincide w/paperwork, resulting in unnecessary and unjust costs for fuel @ drop off end!!

Better customer service shayleen Prasad had the worst customer service period. I've been renting u haul trucks from you guys for a while and always had good customer service. But not from her she rude has no manners and tries to talk people down. She called me making threats and making up things that isn't true. I don t appreciate that at all no one should ever do that. If she doesn't like her job then don't work there find another. I hope I never have to deal with her again please talk to her so she can fix her issues because I bet I'm not the only one that she has done this too.

The location is in a rough part of town. It would be better if it was located closer to the freeway. The truck was filthy inside and out.

The site overall is not inviting. Someone that didn't appear to be an employee of U-Haul directed me to go into the office to check in. Once inside, the representatives engaged in what seemed like a conversation about another customer's situation before acknowledging that I was even standing in their presence. The only saving grace is that the rep adjusted my bill accordingly once I explained that my equipment was incorrect from the beginning and my overall reservation was mismanaged. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone, and I will not use this service in the future.

I reserved for a 17' truck for 5/28/17 and received a confirmation 5/27/17 that the truck was reserved. When I picked up the truck, I was told that no 17' truck was available at that time and they can only offer the 10' truck. I wasn't informed beforehand.

Unfortunately the woman at the register had a very rude tone and didn't answer most of my questions. The truck I picked up was semi clean but could have used a simple wipe down. Very unpleasant experience at this location and will unfortunately have to find a new one if I ever need a truck again.

Although the employees were polite, I had to wait for about two minutes, while ALL THREE texted on their phones, talked about others, and texted some more. Honestly, I doubt the ladies there are paid enough, but when you are in a service industry, making customers wait in line while three people are all texting, is rude, unprofessional, and a waste of the customer's time. Text on your breaks... Once they were finished texting, they were polite and attentive. Ironically, they were still FAST by UHAUL standards...

I felt that I was overcharged, I brought the van back with twice as much gas, and guess what?
