THE STAFF AT STOR IT ARE PHENOMENAL, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. RIGHT AWAY FIX THE UHAUL DATA BASE TO SHOW THIS LOCATION SO YOU CAN MAKE AN ONLINE RESERVATION AND PICK UP THE TRUCK OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS. THEY HAVE TWO LOCATIONS AND THIS ONE ON FM 1093 DOES SHOW ON THE WEBSITE, HOWEVER WHEN WE CALLED TO RESERVE IT DID NOT EXIST IN THE RESERVATION SYSTEM OR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON COULD NOT FIND IT. ALSO THE HOURS ARE WRONG ON THE LOCATION' S WEBSITE. THEY OPEN AT 9:30am.

Your reservation and confirmation system are not good. I submitted a request for a 10’ trick from Stor It Seven Meadows and got a confirmation email that showed that location plainly. When I showed up yesterday to pick up the truck the woman working there said there was no record of me having a reserved truck. I showed her the email stating the time and place and she said she had a truck but it wasn’t under reservation by me. She was able to help me and she happened to have a truck, but I can’t understand why Uhaul would send an email showing this location in large writing, I go there, and they have nothing to show for it. I later learned that uhaul made my reservation at a completely different location 7-8 miles up the road. Your communication in this was poor and not helpful to someone who is trying to be efficient and move. I was unhappy with uhaul for this.

My wife and just bought a house, therefore we have been renting Uhauls in the past month, my first time st this location and I didn’t have a great experience. First of all, I had an email confirmation with the address and the lady stated i was not in the system, she called another store and made me feel like she was doing me a favor by letting me rent the truck from there and then she tells me that I need to give her a contact of someone that knows me because of all the terrorist attack that have been going on, so I asked how long has that been going for, she stated 3 months and I told her that I had rented 2 other trucks with in the month and they never asked. Overall not a good experience, will not go back to that location

The location and rep was amazing but it was a nationwide shutdown with uhaul and it caused my reservation to be pushed back almost 2 hours. Causing me to not be able to move in on the expected day. So I had to pay another company to come move me in on Monday, rent a place for 2 days, and pay movers more because the system was messed up. I suggest uhaul upgrades the system so it won't cause a shutdown when so many people are on the system. It really inconvenience me and even though I was supposed to return a day later I returned same day because I had no where to move because the office closed where I was moving. Please fix uhaul system

You can contact your customers when you change their pick up locations so they don't drive to the wrong place twice before getting the correct information. I wasn't called, texted, or emailed that my preferred pick up location wasn't going to have a truck.

Backing the U-Haul out of the location is a challenge. If there was a way to drive it around the property instead of back it out, that would be ideal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to others.
