The trailer was dropped of after hours in the dark, so I cannot comment on the staff. My only frustrations were that the app did not allow changing the iPhone settings, e.g., wide-angle vs normal, etc. Given the tight location the trailer fit in, I took several good pictures to document the trailer and location using the iPhone camera and all its features, however when using the app to shoot pictures it was less good. It might be worthwhile to allow users to upload the required pictures to be taken directly, rather than having to take them thru the app. My responses to the above questions were only because I could not submit with blanks
