I GOT THE UHAUL AT 11:32 AND BROUGHT IT BACK AT 7:30 AND GOT CHARGED FOR USING IT FOR 2 DAYS THEY CHECKED IT BACK IN AT 8:18 AM THAT WAS NOT EVEN 24 HOURS SO HOW DID I GET CHARGED FOR TWO DAYS?

Everything went well but online I ordered a Dolly for $7.00 but at the Uhaul location they said it wasn't ordered on their end. Luckily I did print it out and I showed them. They gave me the dolly but I was confused on why it didn't show on their end but it showed I ordered Safe insurance. But overall it was a great rental experience.

They overcharged me for the gas that they were weong on the level of. The truck I ordered was not there or available. So ended up. Getting a different behicle altogether.

I had to wait 30 or more minutes to be serviced even with a reservation. There was one attendance answering the phone,walking outside with customers inspection vehicles while several waited alone inside the office unassisted for a long period of time with no operational restrooms. This is the worst business practice in the customer service industry and it is unacceptable. You need to hire specific people for specific functions. Office personnel should remain at their stations. There need to be designated inspectors checking vehicles in and out.

The people working there on Saturday March 24th were not very helpful. The man was not adequately dealing with another customer's problem which left both me and her there waiting for over an hour for him to figure the other customer's problem out. He was the only one in the place at the time, and after a while another girl came in. She was outside dealing with another customer and came in to finish that customer's business and tried to help the guy working in there. He did not seem very helpful or knowledgeable. The entire process took almost two hours despite there being only one other person in there with me. Once they were finally processing my request, my appointment time expired and I was considered late, and the woman who finally helped me told me my equipment almost was given away to someone else due to me being "late", but I wasn't late it just took them so incredibly long to figure everything out that I had to wait. Overall this was a very poor experience.

The staff was super helpful and responsive to a few issues I found on the truck before I left with it. The gas was not filled to where they had it in the system and one of the employees forgot to fill the blankets in the truck before renting it to me. Both were minor mistakes that were corrected immediately after I mentioned them. Will definitely rent from this location again.

This is the third week in a row that I have rented from this location. The young lady in charge has been by herself almost every time that I have been there and handling the whole show like a champ. She has the upmost respect for every person in the store renting or buying. She doesn’t show any negativity with the amount of work load that she has on her back with all the customers and hard-working to do it by herself. As long as she’s there I will keep coming back to that location. You have a winner there

I contracted 3 days at .69 per mile and was charged .89 per mile. In total was overcharged $44. I have called the location and requested a refund, have not yet received a callback. Other than that, it is a great place. Clean, friendly staff and as long as I receive my refund I will recommend this location to other customers.

Young lady working at the counter was very good at her job. A couple times that I had seen her in two weeks she was all by her self managing the inside and outside of the store . She had a resell very professionally And kept a smile on her face the whole time.

Too much headache.. I take too much time in my check on online.. 47 min.. For check in.. And yesterday.. I have to chance my reservation for the next day.. Because the code that the sistem give me .. For the key box.. Dosent work.. And uhaul take my money... Im waiting for 474 dollar that uhaul take and not give me back
