train some staff on customer service skills and not make them wait so long to return a vehicle and not have them have it back in a couple hours for the same price. Also charge me for gas that was not there at the time of pick up.

This location put a fraudulent charge on my credit card without my permission.I arrived at the counter at5:10pm because other people were ahead of me and the female manager took my paperwork and told me that she would send me an email receipt. She didn't say that she was going to charge me double! I'm going to file a complaint with the BBC,local news and social media because I was robbed by u-haul & I will never rent U-haul again!

We were dispatched to this location at the last minute because there was no truck available. I went online and it said one was available near my home. I had to drive 24 miles out of my way which added 48 miles to my trip charge. Could not cancel due to time constraints.

Please add another staff person to help the woman at the desk. She was the only one working that day and there was line starting to form. Moving is already stressful and thankfully I wasn't on a strict timeline but others may have been and she was working her hardest to get everyone helped in a timely fashion.

felt like an inconvenience to be in this store. same thing last time I used this location. Manager lacks people friendly people skills. a simple friendly hi and how can i help would be a drastic improvement. Never feels like customer first

My pick up location was moved and I had to drive and extra 15 miles to where we needed the truck. The lady at checkout would only give me an extra 10 miles so of course i went over on mileage. I'm not going to say she was a racist but she helped everyone at the store before helping me and I was the only person in line my race. She even helped 2-3 people who got there after me.

The lady at the front desk [Tierra] at north chesterfield was very rude while I was exploring my options on which Uhaul to obtain. She stated out loud to another individual visiting her in the store location, “how hard is it to reserve a Uhaul, it’s not that hard, you just pick a van and leave”. I was really hurt because I’ve been experiencing financial hardship and a death in my family. It was difficult for me to chose a time that coordinated with my family and friends that were going to help me move my belongings. Her behavior was disgusting and displayed poor customer service skills, a lack of patience and no empathy.

If you can improve anything it was our wait time to be checked out.... I think it took the girl 10 minutes to finish her phone call. Honestly not a terrible wait time. She was awesome once she was able to check us out.

I was charged for 2 days which I did not need. I returned the truck by 10am the next day and need a refund for the 2nd day. Please post it back to my WELLS Fargo debt card asap. It cut me short paying for 2 days unplanned. Please let me know and confirm.

I reserved for 2 days online and when I went to pick up the vehicle was told they aren't allowed to rent over 12 hours per day and no more than 1 day. When I asked about why this information wasn't given online when I made my reservation I was allowed to rent for 1, 24 hours period but had to turn it back in before the 24 hours were up. I rented online for 2 days because we needed it for 2 days due to the work we were doing was going to take 2 days to get moved. It was very frustrating and inconvient to now have to recordinate & reschedule day 2 so we can get our project finiiin time for our investors.

I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 10:00am from the Newbys Bridge RD location - I received a call around 9:00am that the truck would not be available until 12:30 - This was totally unworkable - I had to drive all the way down to Jeff Davis Highway to get a replacement truck which completely upset all the timed plans that we had set up for the move I feel like I should receive a credit for my time, troubles and extra mileage

To whom it may concern: There’s only one person helping 4 other customers. When I booked my truck reservations, I was told that 20’ truck is enough to load my 3BR house. And I also ask for trailer for my car and was told I need the dolly. My son had a hard time backing up when we have to park overnight to a hotel. So there, not only that I have to leave some of my things in the storage, the dolly for the car is not cooperating with us. I like u-haul but the experience overall is unsatisfactory. I have to think twice the next time I’ll rent uHaul again......Mary Balducci
