Highly upset over charged 1.69 a mile i have never been charged at any Uhaul in nj that much is will never use uhaul again its not fair locations can make up there own prices as they see fit

NESTOR BI had problems getting thru to mobile pickup process , but I reached out to the location manager Joe. Even though it was after hours, Joe walked me thru the process, via his personal cell phone and I was able to pick up my truck. I was very appreciative of his help.
