The process is stupid I use this service every year twice a year not sure why the info it not saved and no not the ids etc but the friend or someone else info should not have to go through that every time it's just always something new last time I got overpriced on the miles at a different location made a complaint and never heard from u haul if this wasn't a last resort I definitely wouldn't give u another dollar hopefully by August I can use home depo they have better pricing and unlimited miles
Nikisha LI was able to set up the rental online easy. Pickup and drop-off easy and fast, the staff walked me through the process and was very patient. Will definitely use them again.
RICHARD ZI chose this location so that I could walk to it and leave my car at home. I would not recommend this location because after walking there, the van was at another location that I had to have someone pick me up drive me to. Other than that, the U-Haul cargo van rental was excellent.
