Booked a u-haul in advance to show up on reserved day to no u-haul available, had 2 drive 2 hours out of my to get another one I got offered a discount, upon arrival it was back to a full amount, past a total of 3-4 hours on the phone Beying told by each rep that it would be fixed to my original discount offered by the first agent AND IT NEVER DID I PAY FULL AMOUNT! On top OF NOT HAVING MY RESERVATION AVAILABLE!

Vous ne connaissais pas les distances quand on nous demande d'aller chercher la camion comme amqui à québec.. Organisez-vous à ramener la camion au point de départ. Si j'avais eu les finances pour prendre un déménageur, je l'aurais pris.
