When I arrived there at 6:00pm there was several issue with getting my key, first I had issues with the U-Haul app with a continuous Blue circle unable to login to get a code to get my key then I spent almost 30 minutes on the phone in the cold because I thought it would be easy and let my wife leave, after almost an hour the young lady I talk to I was able to get my key otherwise I would have lost a day and had to come back on Saturday to get the truck. The app sucks and the young lady I spoke to from customer service was very helpful and understanding and that’s why I gave her a great rating and that’s why I giving this place a bad one I won’t be back and will tell my friends. NOT HAPPY!
