This was the worst experience I have ever had. It took me over 3 hours to check out the truck. I had to call customer service 2-3 times. All of the Customer Service Reps were very nice and helpful except one, Jazz. She said that the online system could not scan the back of my drivers license because I smoke. That was the worst of the bad answers that she gave me. I was clearly wasting her time and she must have had other more important things to do than help me. Checking the truck back in was bad, but not as bad. I was not in the mood to deal with the online checkout process (it wasn't'[t working again) so I just left the truck overnight and tried again the next day. The online system had too many bugs. The guy at the Cabazon location who answered the phone was rude and said that he couldn't help me and that I shouldn't be calling that number for help. He said it's the wrong number (it's not, but he didn't know how to help). That location is literally a block from my home and could be convenient for me, but I will never go back and in fact, may never use U-Haul again.

Karl MThe location was fine and the staff was very good. However the online reservation was terrible. I received the wrong sized truck and the dolly and blankets that I reserved were not at the facility where my truck was. I had to go to a different uhaul location to get those and then had to return the truck and the dolly to separate locations. No one was able to fix the situation. It seemed like that’s how uhaul does business
