1. Have truck ready to go for customer. When I went to pick up truck it was not ready and full of snow. Waited about 1/2 hour before i could go. 2. Clean truck before next customer. Inside of cab had dog or cat hair all over. I had to clean it before going on trip. Still got hair all over my clothes. The back had not been swept out.
