The pick up was a a church parking lot. Was a pastor learning. the truck from should have filled the tank before it was rented to us, now we are the ones having to deal with the BS . It was 1 line below 1/2 a tank when we rented it, Was charged for a fill up for $52. of gas when we returned the truck.

I rather go to a uhaul location.
RASHEENA WThis rental was unacceptable. The back of the uhaul was DIRTY. Had dust/dirt on the floor, the light fixture was loose, and when I first opened the back door, there were ROACHES all over the place! Cab was also dirty, and the previous renter had Marijuana paraphernalia in the cup holder. Oh and I pre-purchased furniture pads and a utility dolly. Furniture pads were nowhere to be found, and there was only an appliance dolly, which didn't help me out at all as I had no appliances to move! Just ridiculous
