CHARLES DOther than the fact that the Internet was down, margarita did an excellent job and was very kind.
MARGARET KI made a 9:30 reservation pickup and was not cleared until 10:20 am. A substitute worker was there and did not have authorization to release rental. The experience was extremely stressful as I was transferred 2x. The girl was very pleasant, it was not her fault. I believe the 1st contact could have remedied the issue without transferring to someone else.
