They attached the trailer too low on my truck. I had to go to a different location to have it raised 3 levels higher on the hitch.
TRINA CWe had to drive 1800 miles without a right tail light on the tow dolly. I told the employee it wasn't working so he hit it hard with his hand and it came on, he said "there, it works now". Once we got the car on the dolly it was not working so we had to drive all that way without a tail light. For what we paid to rent it I would hope at least the lights on it would work NOT professional at all.

DONG-WOOK MSo bad experience. They told me I will get an email within 30 mins but they lied. I had to call customer service and explain everything. You only can pick up or drop it off during the business hours .. I had to miss my flight because of them
