Key drop off box slot is too small to insert key. Had to go inside to deliver the key. Was not a problem since it was business hours but if it was closed, it could be a problem for someone else.

Post it note stating to ignore tire sensor. Trailer light keeps coming back on after turning off. Window handle, driver side, partially broke . I rented a 20 ft truck weeks before I needed it...called week of and told, too bad, you get 10 ft. Uhaul should be ashamed of themselves. Guy at triple c was only bright spot.
JAMES SThe U-Haul I rented was clean on the inside, however, the outside was worn and scratched up. In our 1200+ mile journey, the U-Haul truck developed an exhaust problem that became very loud. The location I turned the truck into said they would address this issue.
