Right trailer light was not working, had to drive to another U haul location to have fixed.
THOMAS ZThe U-Haul pick up and drop off experiences were bad. U-Haul changed both locations on us without making it clear this was (1) a possibility or (2) notifying us. An agent verbally confirmed a drop off location which was then changed on us. Absolutely abysmal experience. Customer service was rude and unhelpful.
Sonya RDon’t know if it would be feasible to give a person a couple of suggested pick up locations.There was a Hightstown/Monroe location that would have been better for me. The location where I picked up the U-Haul did not have the blankets that I required and so I had to go to the Hightstown Monroe office, which meant I had to make two trips instead of one.
