Because it was self check in and check out and th actual service location isn’t open and staffed that was new and somewhat unexpected and I feel like it wasn’t clear the time needed for self check in, including the need to verify identity with anyone or another document

Real nice
Frederick GRight trailer light was not working, had to drive to another U haul location to have fixed.
THOMAS ZThe U-Haul pick up and drop off experiences were bad. U-Haul changed both locations on us without making it clear this was (1) a possibility or (2) notifying us. An agent verbally confirmed a drop off location which was then changed on us. Absolutely abysmal experience. Customer service was rude and unhelpful.

The location where I picked up the U-Haul did not have the blankets that I required and so I had to go to the Hightstown Monroe office, which meant I had to make two trips instead of one.
