First thing was my entire reservation was changed when I picked up the unit. I was taking it to one town 6 hours away and it was changed to return it back to Waco. It took 45 minutes of being on the phone with customer service to get this fixed. Then I had it set up to take it back to one location and since my reservation was changed they had me returning it 30 miles away. So I am back on the phone with customer service and another 45 minutes only to find out I had to be transferred to another department to get the drop off fixed.

Their UHAUL operation should be taken away. The truck cab was full of spider webs. All of the tires were underinflated by 15 to 20 below the safe pressure. The owner was away and an incompetant youth was left to draw up the contracts. The gas tank was not full as indicated by the contract. The worst part was that the kid at the Robinson location changed my one way rental to be returned in Robinson, charging me an additional fee over $150.
