The computer system/SMS Text Messages/emails/online app was a step forward from the last time I used a U-Haul truck, but some emails and SMS texts seemed excessive or duplicative. The check in and check out photos are a good idea for to U-Haul and the customer. Overall, the experience was above average and the vehicle was great - very comfortable with everything in operational order. Thank you!
