I will never use U-Haul again. I was never notified of the change in my truck size - location and time. And then this new location gave my tuck away and blamed it on me!! I’m so disgusted with this whole experience. Moving my baby to college should have been made easier by using U-Haul not more stressful. I’m disgusted with this company.

The truck was returned after the business hour. No receipt was sent to me, and my credit card was charged $98.9, which is much higher than expected ($29.95 for truck, $25 for 25 miles, $14 protection).

It's not Home Craft Associates fault necessarily, however when I picked up the rental truck the appliance dolly, furniture dolly and moving blankets weren't already in the truck. Someone had to drive to the location (which was after hours for them) to get me the dollies. I never did get the moving blankets.

Had a bad experience the women was not professional at all it was not a regular Uhaul store she really did not know her stuff. Did not really show us around the truck or explain or go over anything inside the truck.Plus when I call the 1800 number they gave me the run a round I would not use Uhaul again after the experience I had or refer anyone to them.

It only opens at 10AM. We used mobile check-in because we were assured that that truck would have the hand truck and 36 moving blankets that we had ordered/paid for, but it did not. This led to about an hour's worth of problem-solving to get the necessary moving equipment for which we had already paid via another location. That hour in the morning of a move is really valuable time. I would likely not use this location in the future, and I will approach U-Haul Mobile Check-In with skepticism.

What normally takes 20 minutes took close to an hour. Only two people work there. Older gentleman that hooked up dolly to tow vehicle was slow. Furthermore, strap on tow dolly was shortened and was barely long enough to extend over wheel. Had representative look at it. He said it was good enough to go but made for a anxious 475 mile trip.

We called the hand written phone number on the door. The person was rude and completely unhelpful. The DIY was long and taxing not to mention frustrating and then to reach out for possible help and be repeatedly told that the store was closed we had to do it ourselves didn't help. Also the location seemed unsafe.

Vehicle itself was very clean. But the back door on the left would not open causing me to have to make 2 trips instead of the one I planned for. That made me go over mileage and still no resolution/partial discount nothing was given. Will never use this location or recommend to anyone.

Camille was very knowledgeable and friendly. The process was very pleasant and she got us on our way in no time. I would definitely recommend this location mainly because of Camille.

To say this location has horrible service would be an understatement. The rep, Camille, was excessively rude and combative--I was harassed via telephone the morning of my reservation (8 missed calls in 2 hours, not one single voicemail) because she wanted to confirm the reservation I'd made online (very bizarre). Come time to pick up my rental, and I was admittedly running late, I'd gotten held up and work and winter weather made travel very slow. I arrive 20-25 minutes past my pick up time and the location is closed--door locked, lights off. Turns out Camille left to go out to lunch with her "significant other" (that poor, poor creature). Guess that explained all the phone calls wanting to know if I'd be picking up on time or not. If you want quality service, book somewhere else. If you want the worst customer service imaginable, come see Camille at this location.
