This location did not have the light dolly or pads that I had reserved. I took the truck and was sent to another location and was told "they have everything". It ended up being a hotel with just a key drop box. I called back and was sent to another location that ended up being a boarded up store. I attempted to call additional locations, and only one answered the phone and did not have my requested supplies.After an hour of running around and waisting gas in the truck, I gave up and went back to the original location and took the heavy appliance dolly I did not want. I went without pads. I will be requesting a refund.

JUAN LWhile this pick up location was fine, the pickup location was changed on me and no one reached out to me. Additionally, the truck rode very rough. I'm not sure if there was something wrong with it. I did mention it when I dropped the truck off.
