Rented from the Rockland location, dealt with Mathieu, was very courteous and went out of his way to clean up a coffee spill in the back of the truck which I didn't see. For some reason the UHAUL web app wasn't picking up my location services so I wasn't able to do the drop off online, contacted Mathieu the following Monday and he did it for me, with no issues and no extra charges. I recommend this location.

Mathieu was very accommodating in that, he ensured that the truck I rented was the right size for my move. He made sure that I understood the contract and the agreement. The truck's dashboard and floor mats were absolutely clean from dirt, dust and debris. The outside, back of the truck as ND box was super clean !! Mathieu was courteous, polite and professional. I will not hesitate recommending this location to my friends and family. Looking forward to my next rental. Hats off to you, Mathieu !!!
claude LI really like the 24/7 service you have available now .I think some of the requirements could be made available ahead of time so that you are not stuck in parking lot filling out the online form. This makes it a bit stressful . You could have it so that you are pre-approved and then finalize it from a pending state kind of thing. Other than that it was a great day.
