MARIO Bthe guy whom i rented from wasnt professional and couldnt find the product number for the trailer hitch that i needed to rent to pull the u- haul trailer he told me i had to buy it? i did get a refund minus 15 dollars tax later but u- haul never told me that if i return the trailer the same day at 55 bucks plus tax that if it isnt the exact same u- haul locatiom that i pay double retal even though its a u- haul dealer and it was in 1 business day? i have a car club with many members and they and my self will not rent from u- haul unless u- haul refunds me my 55 bucks that i deserve
