Friendliness of staff we were overcharged and unit was dirty.
Frederic AI’m not rating the location. The location was fine. The 1-star rating is for U-Haul and the U-Haul app, which failed over and over. After struggling with the app for almost an hour unsuccessfully, luckily there was a worker in the near by convenient store that helped me out the old school way. If it’s important to you, DO NOT RELY ON U-HAUL APP.
