all the rental is via the app only, it took 30+ min to get my truck checked out because the app was not working

There was a mix up on my end with dropping off and I dropped off the trailer at the same location that i picked it up because the person I released it from somehow thought I wanted a one-way and not local from Salisbury to Salisbury. And they had me drop it off at a different location in town which was dumb.
JOHN BLocation was great. The lights didn’t work. The best I could get it to work was the break lights. You need someone that will maintain the equipment.
