Uhual customer service was horrendous. I was supposed to get a truck in Orangeville (confirmed reservation). However that truck was not available because it was in the shop. As a result customer service offered a 9 ft cargo van. The Orangeville location was great service. They found me this truck but I ended up paying significantly extra because of mileage expense. I would only rent from U-Haul if there was no other alternative!!!
Daniel EI reserved in Mississauga. You useless people tried to get me to go 2.5 hours away to get my vehicle. Trailer was at another location. No moving supplies that I requested. Pure garbage company.

Jesse DI do not recommend u-haul. Because we had a 26 feet track reserved two weeks before moving to Arizona, but they changed to 20 feet, and the track was so dirty and old not good enough for 4 days drive from Toronto to Arizona and they told us the track is new for long.distance . what should we do in the last they . We had very stressful days and very bad experience with u/haul. Not recommend at all .
