Improve the efficiency of you app. It glitches and hangs up. It will get stuck for example: I was trying to give permission for geo location for the app(Which I had already accepted when downloading the app). Yet it asked again to allow permission for the camera and location. I spent ~30mins going thru my phone settings, browser settings, and more attempting to give permission for the geolocation. When in fact it was already given permission and there was no need to change the settings in my phone. Also, every time I would exit the app to find a setting preference, or access my banking/payment information, the app would time out and I would have to restart the process all over again. You should give the app a time-out limit for 5 minutes or more depending on the particular task that the app is trying to accomplish. The pickup/drop off location was 10/10. However your app experience was very poor -10/10. Also I RENTED A DOLLY DURRING BOOKING AND THE DOLLY WAS NOT INCLUDED OR AVAILABLE AT THE PICK UP LOCATION. I CONTACTED A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, SAM, WHO INFORMED ME THAT THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE WOULD BE REMOVED FROM MY FINAL PURCHASE PRICE. IT WAS NOT!!! I contacted customer service at the time of drop off, amd the charge was still not removed. You should update your purchase options based on location. If the location doesn't offer dollys, boxes, blankets ect., it should not be shown as an option for rental at the time of the reservation. Again leading back to the app. There should not be generic blanketed reservation options for every location. The options should be updated per location. This would avoid confusion for the customer, frustration for the pickup/drop off location owners, and will eliminate unnecessary charges for the customer. I am fully aware of your stance on the matter bc UHAUL gets extra money for services that aren't provided. However, at the end of the day that considered theft. I'm fortunate enough to be in a position where I con afford the extra charges, however I wasn't always in this position. I'm also fully aware that other customers may not be in the same position as myself, and would not be able to waste the money that UHAUL charged for renting dollys and not providing them. This problem let me to have to visit the local hardware store and purchase a dolly for ~$60. So I feel as tho UHAUL should reimburse me for the unnecessarily incured charge. I have the documentation to back up these statements. Thank you for your consideration and upmost concern in this matter.

This location is terrible if you want to call it a location. There was no personal, there was no sign's except a Uhaul Van sitting out front. Tried to call the number on paperwork and message machine was no help, it didn't even give a clear message. I just left the trailer there and took pictures of me dropping it off. I will refuse to drop off anything at this location if given to me again. The only help I got was from the UHAUL location down the road from this place. That location I would certainly recommend, not 1111 S Wesleyan Blvd
