RANDALL HI think you guys have it down. What a renter wants most is something you give them already. SERVICE from a friendly person. I experienced that at both ends. Rocky Mount VA and here is Summerville, SC
JAMES WCheck Engine light was on. And at the end of the trip started Flashing. Once unloaded, Check engine light stayed solid. Only 1/4 tank of gas. Everything else was perfect.
